Retro Bar is a very friendly and busy mainly gay pub with a great atmosphere. George Court is an alleyway just off the south side of The Strand, in London, and is situated between Superdrug and Halifax. Normal pub hours. There is scope for parking nearby, in John Adam street but it is very limited and difficult to access. The bar is a short walk from either Charing Cross or Embankment tube stations.Retro Rendezvous currently meets on Wednesday evenings at 8pm. If you want to eat beforehand, there are places in Villiers Street: Hobson's fish and chips, Lulivo Italian Restaurant, and Five Guys burgers, and a Pizza Express in the Strand, corner of Duncannon Street.

A very relaxed evening of drinks, chat and bar-hopping. It may be that this is your first outing in public, or maybe you're a seasoned pro. Either way this is an opportunity to get 'out into the real world' and have fun with like-minded girls. A rough plan is outlined below with complete flexibility for people to join / leave as they wish. We know that being in a group can provide that extra layer of confidence to express who you really are and strut your stuff. (Strutting optional, especially on cobbles). No dress code - whatever you feel comfortable in. Rough plan as follows; Meet up at Retro Bar around 8pm for drinks and chat, we may do some bar-hopping in the Covent Garden/Soho areas, or we may just stay in Retro till late depending on the vibe! The Freedom Bar in Soho provides a fun option for the hardcore/late-niters, it’s not too far a walk so there’s no excuse for not wearing killer heels! We may update with more options but this is the outline for now. Some of us may call it a night around midnight but others may well carry on into the night, let's see.
