Someone keeps sending me unwanted messages in the chatroom
|
Please click on their username in the chatrooms, and select the Ignore option.
They will be unable to message you further once they are ignored.
If the user is being abusive or offensive, please report him/her using the Report Chatroom Abuse screen, giving as much detail as you can so that I can investigate your complaint.
All aspects of the chatroom are logged, and anyone being abusive can be retrospectively banned, but it does rely on you providing enough details so that I can locate the abuse.
