One of the Cote chain of restaurants. Menu is French-based. Open from 11.30am to 10pm or 11pm depending on the day. Parking in the area is very difficult....you may manage it in John Adam Street, south of the Strand, but this is not easy to access. Nearest tube stations are Leicester Square, Covent Garden, or Charing Cross.
The restaurant seems to be ok with trans people. I have been there often with no problems. Central London is generally fine for T-Girls. Gay bars nearby are Halfway-to-Heaven and Retro Bar (Listed here). Tina.

The chapel is in Strand Lane which is accessed from Victoria Embankment, although one might be able to get to it through the main campus building on The Strand.

Street parking next to impossible. There is an NCP car park in Brewer Street nearby. Nearest tubes are Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square or Oxford Circus. Under 10 minutes walk from any.
Wardour Street was once the centre for film industry headquarters. The Technicolor Studios are across the road, next to Screen House, and Hammer House (the horror people). Further down is Cinema House.
