Hi, I'm happy wearing my pretty underwear and
my lovely wife is OK with it but not enthusiastic!
That's OK but as I come to terms with how I feel
I thought I'd join a community where I could find
out how other mature (not to mention elderly)
guys and girls, men and women feel and cope.
OK. I'm 1.7m tall (5ft 8ins), I weigh in at 74kg (11st
9lbs or 163lbs while aiming to get to 70kg) and keep
fit by walking our dog in the countryside twice a day.
I have longish brown wavy hair which I wear variously
down, in a pony tail or some other style to suit my mood.

and I'm a little nervous ;)

I'm starting a new journey although it has it's roots in the past.
What are you talking about Donna?
Please, bear with me and, in time, all will be revealed... ;)
I grew up in Kent and my first encounter with "cross-dressing"
was trying on a girl's swimming suit and it felt good.
The circumstances were, maybe not so good...
You see, we lived on the edge of our village and the countryside
behind our house comprised of apple orchards reaching down to
the river Medway.
Each autumn, travelers (or gypsies, you may say) came and stayed
for the hop and apple picking season before moving on. One girl,
who I rather fancied, left her swimsuit behind, I found it and
tried it on...
... little did I know, in the privacy of an orchard, that my sister
had followed me and caught me in the act!
Talk about embarrassed ... I believe was 13 at the time.
Moving on a few years, while working in a country pub, I became
friends with some "suburbanites" who frequently had after hours
parties. (Horam, believe it or not, is the name of the village
where the pub was :)
It was at one of these parties my hostess dressed my up and gave
me my first makeover. I was nervous in my long blue cotton skirt
and loose blouse yet I loved it all at the same time.
Aside: When I think of it, that pub was in a place called Horam...
hmmm... funny that.
Since then, apart from one or two brief encounters, I kept my urges
largely under wraps for the most part until a lovely yet crazy
ex-girlfriend got me started again.
I won't go into that now but suffice to say, it was a memorable time.
That was close to 20 years ago, so now, I just want to let my hair down,
meet some new people and let my female side shine through.
Hopefully my friends, that puts you in the picture as to where I am
and brings you up to date except to say that now I have joined tvChix
I feel among kindred spirits and am comfortable sharing this with you,
something I have never share even privately before.
