If you have any problems with the website not working as expected, or technical problems with the chatroom, please read recent threads in the Technical Support forum.
Likewise if you just have a general query about how a feature works, this is the place to get assistance
I check the Technical Support forum regularly, and if there is a problem with any of these things, you are probably not alone.
Often the solution is already posted there.
If no-one else seems to be having the same problem as you, please try doing a Forum Search, which will frequently throw up a solution.
Finally, if this still doesn't help, post a new thread, and explain exactly what your problem is (be as descriptive as possible). I will investigate as soon as I can

If you are experiencing problems with another user, either via messaging or chat, or elsewhere. Please do report it using the correct link on the Report Abuse screen.
I look into all abuse reports, and if you provide sufficient details, abuse is often resolved very quickly.
Reporting Timewasters

I do not act on word-of-mouth reports about time wasters, for reasons discussed repeatedly in the forums.
tvChix provides a feature called My Meets which allows you to record your intention to meet someone, prior to the event. If they fail to turn up, you are then entitled to leave feedback about them, and users with a track record of complaints are removed from the site.

Suggestions and Feedback

If you have an idea on how to make tvChix better, or a suggestion to improve an existing feature, I'm always happy to hear it.
Please use the Contact tvChix page form the left sidebar. This helps us keep track of good ideas, to help prioritise future development
Finally, on each users profile, there is a link to 'Report Profile for review'. Please use this for reports about identity fraud, stolen images, but please note we do require proof before taking any action.
These reports are usually checked on a daily basis.
