Time to update this - recently moved up to the North East and looking forward to living a different sort of life. I'll be setting up some trans resources and support meetings for anyone interested...?
Life continues to bob along, and I do enjoy meeting others. I have met some lovely Girls, it's funny how that works - so lovely and easy to chat and see where things go...
However, I do love the idea of being swept off my feet by that strong handsome man (a millionaire would be nice) that many of us dream of.....sigh....still looking....!
But I do love to chat so do contact me, I'm always friendly and happy to gossip or flirt - life's too short not to enjoy things and have fun.
All in all, things settling down and it would be nice to be able to meet up with people and share, gossip, chat.....you know - all that usual stuff without having to be self absorbed and talk about our 'stuff'.....
Here I am doing this all over again....however, this time a more wise and cautious approach is being carried out - and I give thanks to the amazing changes that have happened in the zeitgeist over the past few years ....being 'trans' is a 'thing'...in fact the whole labels thing has exploded to the point of confusion and opacity...but things will settle down in due course...
I'm recently under the care (again) of Dr Webberley and negotiating the madness of the NHS to see how meds will be supplied...so far I'm on the usual beginners stage of Finesteride and Oestrogen patches...but am hoping for a more ambitious treatment schedule as time rolls on....now looking out for IPL and other expensive goodies to help the journey...I'm struggling with all the usual challenges - telling people, work, family, passing etc etc and I am negotiating the final rocky stages of my marriage with as much tact and diplomacy as I can manage....so anyone at all with advice support or tips is welcome to contact me - I am also looking forward to helping others too - so please feel free to reach out and chat.....I work in the digital space so I am often lurking around 'working from home' and happy to have some human contact x
I also travel a LOT so love to meet up for real for shopping and social times....
As you can imagine with many years in TV land and bouncing in and out of TG land (they are different - trust me) I have had plenty of opportunities to experiment with orientation and, at the moment, can say that the hormones have removed all libido and allow me to simply have warm and pleasant friendships with anyone of any orientation....I guess, I'm looking for support, friendship and online chat and contact with others who are in either world...
Whilst I do love serious conversations about life the universe and everything - not just trans stuff, I do enjoy a giggle as well - feel free to be as serious or as flippant as you like....I think you'll find that I make a good friend, staunch ally and someone who is practical and can help....after all, helping others helps me too....
I also have to confess that, as a person in their 50's I do believe in the rights of all to be what they are - (I think it's described as being woke), but I do not believe that being trans gives anyone the 'right' to harm others or to be so narcissistic that reality has to be warped to fit your narrative...having been physically bullied and beaten for having odd when I was younger, I find it hard to be too sympathetic when someone is 'bent out of shape' when they are misgendered....context and perspective rule.....!!

Having been a TV for many years always yearning to become the woman I know I am, I have finally started the journey into the real world as my true self. Its scary, lonely and intimidating so would love to chat to others on the same path. I have had a couple of go’s and following an illness last year I’m back plotting my journey…!
I am 6ft tall with green eyes and a changing hair scheme as we speak....! I am a larger size than I would like, but reducing by the day - currently a curvy size ahem.

However, as a trans person in their late -50's please be clear that I don't dress or act like a hooker in my 30's (sorry...lol).
