With wifi, the heated venue consists of 3 individual playrooms and a fully equipped modern BDSM playroom where up to 4 house Dommes can be found in total control and in dominant mood over those submissive types in King's Lynn, Norfolk.

There are 2 toilets, shower and kitchen off the furnished chill out reception area.

This ideal private venue is available for amateur or professional photo shoots and filming or to host an alternative event and showcases craft makers skills at making furniture and equipment for the BDSM community.

Also on week days, rooms are available (subject to availability) for "players" who cannot accommodate daytime fun and would prefer a naughty getaway alternative to a hotel without the strict (late) check-in times and that embarrassing group walk pass a hotel reception.
Please note overnight stays are not available.
