This ideal private venue is available for amateur or professional photo shoots and filming or to host an alternative event and showcases craft makers skills at making furniture and equipment for the BDSM community.
Also on week days, rooms are available (subject to availability) for "players" who cannot accommodate daytime fun and would prefer a naughty getaway alternative to a hotel without the strict (late) check-in times and that embarrassing group walk pass a hotel reception.
Please note overnight stays are not available.

A superb event again today and what a lovely diversity of special people there. Despite being quite hot outside the venue was perfectly cool inside.
