Not the sitcom with Victoria Wood and Julie Walters, but a monthly meet-up for girls who like to dine out together. (And well-behaved gentlemen ). It will probably be on the first Tuesday each month, and usually in central London.. Locations will vary, and times may be different to take advantage of menu offers.
Number will be limited to SIX, for ease of seating and conversation. Please put your name down only if you are sure of coming....NO MAYBES PLEASE.
Unless someone orders significantly less, or has no wine or beer, we will be splitting the final bill equally.
This month we are in the Covent Garden area, at Biershenke, a German restaurant in the style of a Munich bierkeller, recommended by one of our regulars. Lederhosen or Dirndles if you fancy, otherwise one of those many dresses in your wardrobe. Just don't mention the war!
8pm at the restaurant, or 7.30pm in The Crown, at Seven Dials, WC2H 9EW.
