Not the sitcom with Victoria Wood and Julie Walters, but a monthly meet-up for girls who like to dine out together. (And well-behaved gentlemen ). It will probably be early each month, and usually in or near Soho. Locations will vary, and times may be different to take advantage of menu offers. Number will be limited to SIX, for ease of seating and conversation. Please put your name down only if you are sure of coming....no Maybe's please. Unless someone orders significantly less, or has no wine, we will be splitting the final bill equally.
Tonight's restaurant is Cote Soho, at 124/126 Wardour Street, W1F 0TY at 8pm. or from 7.30pm in The Ship, the pub a few doors away.
Cote restaurants have a French-based menu, and are consistently reliable.
Wardour Street was once the hub of the British film industry, and was also the location of the famous Marquee Club, where all the great names in music performed.
