Description:
Retro Bar is a very friendly and busy mainly gay pub with a great atmosphere. George Court is an alleyway just off the south side of The Strand, in London, and is situated between Superdrug and Halifax. Normal pub hours. There is scope for parking nearby in John Adam street but it is very limited and difficult to access. The bar is a short walk from either Charing Cross or Embankment tube stations.Retro Rendezvous currently meets on Wednesday evenings at 8pm. If you want to eat beforehand, there are places in Villiers Street: Hobson's fish and chips, Lulivo Italian Restaurant, and Five Guys burgers, and a Pizza Express in the Strand, corner of Duncannon Street.

been a while since I could last attend, lovely to see so many familiar faces and a few unfamiliar, and a fabulous atmosphere as always. Only downside is there's never enough time to connect with everyone I would like to.

What a lovely time. great to catch up as I've not been for a month or so. a great eclectic crowd in a charming music pub and the drinks must be some of the lowest pricies in London ...£18 for a bottle of wine ...nice |
